Nilfisk revs up Father's Day with Harley Davidson

To celebrate Father's Day 2008, Nilfisk is running a special promotion between August 1 and September 7.

Consumers who purchase any Nilfisk vacuum cleaner can enter to win the major prize of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle package valued at $25,000 which includes all on-road costs and delivery charges.

In addition, the first 500 entrants will receive a miniature scale replica of the classic Harley-Davidson as a bonus gift.

• Information on how to enter, prize & bonus gift-with-purchase form part of these Conditions of Entry.
• This promotion is only open to residents of Australia. Employees & their immediate family members, promoters, sponsors, participating agencies & retailers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
• This promotion applies only to Nilfisk consumer dry vacuum cleaners; consumers wet & dry vacuum cleaners and light commercial vacuum purchases only.
• Only completed entry forms with a copy of the original receipt for an authorised reseller showing full payment, purchase date, Nilfisk vacuum model name and store name will be eligible to enter this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry.
• The promotion commences on 1 August 2008 and ends 6pm EST on 7 September 2008. All entries must be received by the promoter by last mail on 12 September 2008. The draw will be held at 48 Egerton Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 on the 15 September at 4pm EST. 
• The winner will be notified by mail/email and have the details published in The Australian on the 19 September 2008.
• The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win the major prize that consists of a Harley Davidson package up to the value of $25,000 in GST. The major prize includes all on-road cost and delivery charges. Comprehensive insurance, maintenance and repair cost, motor bike license, on-going registration and service checks are not included.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Prizes must be collected within 3 months from the date the winner is notified.
• The promoter may conduct further draws at the same venue as the original draw if necessary on the 15 January 2009 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by that date. In the event of the unclaimed prize draw, the second chance winner will be published on the promoter website on the 15 January 2009.
• The promoter, sponsors, participating agencies and retailers associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect and consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• The promoter collects the entrants' personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant also may not participate in the promotion.
